Wendy and Paco Solis

Owners

Wendy has worked at Stearn’s Mini-Warehouses for 20 years. After the passing of the beloved previous owner in 2017, Wendy and Paco decided to buy Stearn’s and keep the legacy going. They have been married for over 30 years and when they’re not working on their next big project, they enjoy camping and spoiling their grandkids.

Bear

“Official Food Inspector”

Bear is Wendy and Paco’s 3 year old Akita.  If there is food around, Bear must taste and inspect the food to make sure it is safe for consumption. On days where Bear is at the office, he loves to greet anyone who stops by. His favorite pastimes include counter surfing, barking at anything that moves, and drooling on our office manager.

Katie McKinney

Office Associate

Katie started working at Stearn’s in 2023. She is our resident crazy cat lady and the mother of 3 purrfect little fur babies. Katie’s favorite pastimes include reading, shopping, and talking about her boys or current hyper fixation.

Astro

“Branch Manager”

Astro is Wendy and Paco’s beloved 10 year old German Shepard. He enjoys taking long naps on the fluffiest of beds and eating all the treats he can get. If there is a stick to be found, you can bet that he will try to bring it inside, no matter how big it is!

Lilly Grissom

Office Manager

Lilly has worked at Stearn’s since 2019. She is the mother to 3 beautiful children. She and her husband, Jacob have been married since 2020. When she isn’t at the office you can usually find her on the soccer fields or curled up reading the next book on her never ending “to be read” booklist.
